Camping Property….ready to camp?

This 5.4-acre camp is all set up. The trailer and outbuildings stay with the property. The owner has always covered the trailer in the winter with the heavy-duty tarp that you see in the pictures. He takes it off in the spring for the summer and fall. There are no leaks in the trailer. The trailer has A/c if you use a generator. It did that heat, but the propane line and tanks need to be replaced. The property has approx. 700′ of road frontage and is fairly flat. It does slope down to the back of the property. The owner has signed papers for an electric pole to be added at the corner of his property so there will be electricity available soon. Plenty of wildlife, firepit, seclusion, peace and quiet. You do need a 4-wheel drive to go up the rough dirt road.
